As a Fullstack .NET Developer, you will: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet business and user requirements. This includes writing maintainable code, collaborating with cross- functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, and participating in the entire software development lifecycle. The role involves debugging and resolving issues, optimizing application performance, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of software, which includes:
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure high- quality code through code reviews and testing. Debugging: Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless software functionality, reliability and stability of the codebase. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues as they arise. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, routines, rules, and regulations, ensuring compliance and accountability in daily tasks and decision- making. Values: Actively contribute to our company values Engagement, Together, Trust, and Growth by embodying these in your daily work, promoting collaboration and fostering a supportive work environment. Performance Optimization: Optimize software systems for performance, scalability, and reliability. Project Requirements: Participate in the development and design of features and systems based on project requirements. Software Design & Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain software products and systems. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Under the guidance of senior team members, if needed.

Have at least 5 years’ experiences with Microsoft’s development stack: C, .Net Framework, .Net Core, SQL Server. Have experience with Rest- API, microservices and cloud- based solutions. Have knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Query. Have solid understanding of the full software development life cycle. Will be advance if you have experience with Angular and or React. Have excellent and analytical problem- solving skills. Have the ability to learn quickly and manage yourself independently. Will be advance if you have experience of the financial market or have worked with Regtech / Fintech. At a minimum, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Software Development or equivalent. Used to working in teams but also independently and have no problems moving freely in the stack and probably have an area you are stronger in. Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
