Job Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in procurement within a dynamic work environment Strategic Purchaser is part of the Global Procurement & Purchasing organization of Friwo. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting open projects, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely driving cost reduction projects. We are looking for proactive and detail- oriented Temporary Strategic Procurement to support our procurement activities.
Job Duties:
Support localization, transfer, bidding actitivies and cost reduction strategies Support delivery and quality issues in case of escalation from purchasing team Maintain the commodity strategy for lead and accessories commodities. Other duties as assigned Maintain procurement records and ensure proper documentation and data. Support open projects until completion Support year end negotiation, ensuring to meet/exceed commodity savings targets Request and review quotations, cost breakdown, negotiate prices and terms.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience:
At least 03 years. Experience in the electronics and power cord industry is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation, good organizational and time management skills. With advanced skills in Purchasing & Procurement Management, Vendor Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP systems is a plus. English: Proficiency in the English language is required.
