Requirements: • Good command of English language • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Candidates with experience working for professional consulting firms or FDI companies are preferred. • Willing to be hands- on and operationally involved • Able to prioritise and multi- task, and work with tight timelines • Well versed in local labor legislation • University degree qualification with at least 5 years of solid HR experience (preferably in multinational group of companies) • Sharp- minded with good attention to detailWork independently with minimum supervision
