The position will report to the Technical Service Supervisor and will be based in Da Nang or Quang Ngai. Provide professional technical advice to our customers through on- site support for paint application and inspections to ensure that the coating specification is met and the job is completed according to the contract and customer satisfaction. – Operate daily technical service by planning, directing, and evaluating workflow, painting procedures, and paint supply to ensure project quality and timing. – Understand Jotun’s HSE policy, the role of the Coating Advisor, and relevant working processes. – Communicate, provide, and monitor technical advice to applicators, consultants, contractors, and owners. – Handle on- site complaints by checking, verifying, and providing technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction with Jotun’s service and products. – Supervise surface preparation and paint application for Protective & Marine Coatings paint. – Obtain market situation reports on completed projects to ensure Jotun remains competitive.
Yêu cầu công việc
