Make the plan for release and each time- box (iteration) Create Inception Deck to align all stakeholders and development team’s members Creates the Persona and Customer Journey Map Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements) Perform user acceptance testing Define and validate product KPI and monitor it Communicate with business stakeholders Owning a product/product line, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies to achieve it Explain to the development team about the product’s market & users Encourage the development team to improve development productivity and quality Work with the designer to create UI/UX flow Work closely with the development team to make sure that product backlogs are understood correctly, and make adjustments in time if needed Drive the product evolution through data analysis and user feedback Creates the User Story Map and define the minimum viable product (MVP)

Advantageous to have 3- 5 years of experience in product/service planning/UX Have at least 2- year experiences related to software development Communication & negotiation skill Be a savvy application user or have experience in website design Continuous improvement mindset Organizational & analytical skill Data- driven focus Fluency in English is a MUST Familiarity with Agile Software Development Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration / Marketing / Economics / SCM or practical experience in project management/planning Having experience in the shipping industry is a plus
