Preparation before ordering: sorting of basic data (instant available inventory, purchase in transit data, data to be inspected, etc.) and issuing material purchase orders (including order quantity, type, name, demand date, etc.)Effectively follow up on materials, track whether the required items arrive at the warehouse or other departments on time, and count and improve the supplier’s delivery time, and handle and report in time.Responsible for the verification, control and analysis of material purchase, sales and storage, statistical analysis and reporting of stagnant materials in inventory, and put forward processing suggestions.Regularly or irregularly check the consistency of warehouse accounts and material cards, and monitor the material collection and delivery links.Summarize and submit data reports of the planning logistics department.Operation and management of the ERP system.Matters temporarily assigned by superiors.
