The work is 100% online. Salary: 250.000VND/article (all articles are limited to 2,000 words or less)
Responsibility
Check and make sure the documentation has the best SEO score. Write new articles or update existing ones with predefined sample structures. Write a clear and user- friendly user manual.
Update documents based on any changes you receive, ensuring your writing is easy to follow.
Qualifications
Good writing skills and flexibility to adapt to different audiences Have experience in writing manual technical documents for online app’s features. Fluency in written and spoken English Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and present them in an easy- to- understand way Ability to deliver high- quality documentation with utmost attention to detail
Nice to have
Experience with Shopify and PageFly is a plus. Good understanding of programming concepts. Strong understanding of document structuring, content communications, and presentation techniques. Outstanding native- level written English grammar and language skills.
