DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage workers compensation and rehabilitation and medical insurance • Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time. • Managing legal licenses and permits of the Hotel including the application and renewal • Ensures comprehensive and regular staff communication sessions • Respond to requests for information from internal and external sources. • Prepares efficient work schedules considering the hotel and labor requirements • Develop and implement procedures for handling disciplinary and grievance interviews

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ English Language. Qualifications – Required Skills –
Good writing skills Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational abilities. Communication skills
