JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement. Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Collaborate with cross- functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns. Support the sales and marketing team in any other duties as assigned Support the sales team in lead generation and outreach activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (NEU, FTU or RMIT students are a plus). Full- time internship and commitment to work for at least 6 months Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with social media, digital marketing tools and platforms. Detail- oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and basic graphic design skills are a plus. Good English communication is a plus Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
