1, Review contract & Negotiation:• Research, update legal issues related to trade, contracts, especially contracts in construction field. • Review all contract terms; Make sure they comply with the Law and protect the interests of the company when requested by the manager.• Participate in contract negotiations when requested by the manager.2, Contract Management:• Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness to support implementation; • Closely and proactively coordinate with related parties to ensure that the contract is properly implemented;• Create files to keep track of on-going contracts.3, Legal:• Provide consulting to other departments on legal issues to the best of his/her knowledge if required.• Prepare legal documents and participate in lawsuits to protect the best interest of the company.• Take the role as a focal point to lead the works with the thirdparty legal firm as and when required.4, Cost Control: According to the company’s cost control process and the manager’s assignment.5, Customer relationship: Clear, fair to customers ; protect the legitimate interests of the company.
