As a Business Development Associate, you&039;ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth for Ly Gia Vien by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts. You&039;ll be responsible for prospecting for leads, qualifying them, converting them into opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your strong communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills will be essential to your success. Lead Generation & Qualification:
Qualify leads based on BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline) criteria to ensure they are a good fit for Ly Gia Vien&039;s products and services. Actively prospect for new leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.
Opportunity Management:
Collaborate with BDMs/KAMs to develop and execute sales strategies for specific opportunities. Convert qualified leads into opportunities by conducting needs analysis, creating tailored proposals, and negotiating terms.
Account Management:
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Manage existing accounts, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Identify upsell and cross- sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Yêu cầu công việc
Ability in both Vietnamese and English. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Experience 1- 3 years in Sales, Business Development, preferably in F&B industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
