• Stay updated with the latest technology trends to provide accurate and effective consultation. • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure sales targets are met. • Identify and expand the network of potential clients in areas such as Outsourcing, IT Services, SaaS, AI, Chatbot, and Software solutions. • Follow the complete sales process: from lead generation, solution presentation, proposal submission, and deal closing to after- sales customer care. • Attend networking events, seminars, and industry conferences to build connections and expand business opportunities. • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution packages tailored to client requirements. • Approach and analyze client needs, consult on suitable technology solutions, and conduct product demos when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Sales or IT Business Development within technology, outsourcing, software, SaaS, or AI fields. • Proactive, passionate, solution- oriented mindset. • Candidates with existing client networks or prior experience in startups, outsourcing, or software companies are highly preferred. • Proficient in English: able to communicate confidently with international clients (both spoken and written). • Skilled in preparing proposals, delivering product demos, and tailoring solutions to client needs. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills. • Basic understanding of technology products, solution consulting, and software sales processes.
