About the department:
CI Operation is responsible for field work and data collection. The purpose is to provide data under required standards & delivery in a timely manner with other departments for using and finalizing reports. Project Management
What you will do
– Manage the whole of project from the start to end, ensure project implementation under allowed budget
– Make project’s execution plan, ensure everything finished under client’s requirements
– Update stakeholders and team with the progress of the assigned projects
– Communicate and support when needed to ensure the projects are finished on time and under the required standards.
What we ask
– Education: Fresh graduates or 4th- year students above who can work full- time;
– Skill: Strong communication, time management skills, detail- oriented, adaptable ability
– Knowledge: Solid understanding of the survey, preferably in market research
– Language: English intermediate level
– Computer skill: Proficient in basic computer skills, especially Excel.
– Experience: Experience in supervising staff or leading a team in school project will be a plus.

What you will do:
Survey link checker: – Test and check the interview survey link to ensure it is aligned with the provided questionnaire
– Communicate and support when needed to ensure the projects and survey link are finished on time and by the required standards.
– Monitor, respond, and prepare reports on work results.
Technical Support
– Responsible for installing equipment for the interview which is conducted in field (laptop, webcam, microphone, recorder, etc.)
– Store audio and video files from the interview
– Safely and securely maintain the company&039;s equipment.

– Skill: Strong communication, time management skills, detail- oriented, adaptable ability, interest in technology devices
– Vehicle: Require candidate to have own vehicle, can travel as required by the project
– Knowledge: Solid understanding of the survey, preferably in market research
– Language: English intermediate level
