Job Brief• The AI Engineer will work under Hyper Automation Unit of FPT Software to build and deploy GenAI use cases and applications. The candidate will work closely with Solution Architect, Data Engineers, back- end and front- end developers, UI/UX designers, and Business Analysts to ensure that the team delivers scalable and impactful GenAI solutions
The expected activities of this role: • Stay up- to- date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of Generative AI. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into GenAI solutions. • Drive the development of GenAI applications from experimentation to production, focusing on identifying opportunities for AI- driven innovation.

• Good understanding of CI/CD processes. • Understanding fundamental design principles around designing scalable and secure applications. • Solid experience in developing scalable Restful API and Microservices. • Experience with LLMs Integration. • Design and implement back- end APIs to deliver Python services to front- end applications using FastAPI and Docker. • Collaborate in the database design and management of those systems (PostgreSQL or MongoDB). • Have experience in Graph database or Vector Database. • Develop, fine- tune and deploy machine learning models based on customer needs (Optional). • From 4 years of experience in software development with Python. • Fluency in English. • Be interested in GenAI.
